  Indian Camp Missionary Baptist Church is an active congregation of the Southern Baptist affiliation. They were founded in 1844, and is one of the oldest active congregations within Williamson County, Illinois. The is a cemetery adjacent to the church located on the north side of the church building. There is an older cemetery associated with the church that is located east of the present location. That cemetery goes by the name of Old Indian Camp Cemetery or is also referred to as the Neely Cemetery.
